Worked here as a warranty administrator for 6 months. Was promised commission pay and bonuses at the end of my probation (3 months) and when I asked jimmy pelk about it he said “you don’t work hard enough”. Left instantly. They treat their employees poorly and after they do sales for customers they treat them like they did not just buy a $30 000+ vehicle with them. Highly recommend ford or any other dealerships besides three way or any twin motors up north.
