Highly recommend from this dealership, even though everyone is in top customer service, but the go to guy is Jordan Krost. He will go above and beyond for you and get the best deal that is out there. Once your his customer and drive off with your new ride, the customer service doesn’t end there. He is always available if you need any help with anything or questions. Amazing service department, friendly staff, cold drinks and sick rides!
Vehicle was delivered dirty, and delayed delivery. I had to reach out to them several times regarding the delays. There were errors on paperwork that were corrected eventually but cost me extra time and aggravation. So far only an apology and a paltry attempt made to rectify my experience. Also discovered an undisclosed issue on my brand new vehicle that I had to find out the hard way and a general manager who seems to have a difficult time returning a text or voicemail or answering a call.
