Vehicle was delivered dirty, and delayed delivery. I had to reach out to them several times regarding the delays. There were errors on paperwork that were corrected eventually but cost me extra time and aggravation. So far only an apology and a paltry attempt made to rectify my experience. Also discovered an undisclosed issue on my brand new vehicle that I had to find out the hard way and a general manager who seems to have a difficult time returning a text or voicemail or answering a call. Don't waist your money buying their life time engine warranty.. their VIP platinum membership,, camshaft and lifters and gone on my engine they say,, wife took in the truck...they told her that the camshaft is not part of the engine! So then I got involved, their next excuse after I called them out on the camshaft not being part of the engine was that I had to have all the oil changes done by them...
