My son bought a 2019 ram back a few years ago .. on no fault of twin motors it had paint problems from the factory.. first time Chrysler covered it no problem .. it happened again and as I said it was a factory defect with painting at factory .. I’m happy to update my original one-star review to five stars now that my truck has been repaired and returned to me. The managers took the situation seriously and worked quickly to turn the experience around. I especially want to recognize the mechanic who stayed after hours to complete the repair and get my truck back on the road. Highly recommend from this dealership, even though everyone is in top customer service, but the go to guy is Jordan Krost. He will go above and beyond for you and get the best deal that is out there. Once your his customer and drive off with your new ride, the customer service doesn’t end there. He is always available if you need any help with anything or questions. Stop by The Pas Twin Motors and ask for Jordan, he will take it from there.
