The BEST. The service was excellent. I learned so much about our AC system. Andre checked all of the vents inside and cleaned and inspected the outside system. He explained what he was doing and why. This company communicates conscientiously and provides thorough work. I am so grateful to have found these specialists. I joined their ComfortCare 360 service plan because I love how great my AC works and am confident that TwinMechanical would be here and fix any issue if needed. Highly recommend.

I called 3 companies and Andre is the only one who called back- in just a few minutes. He was great! He was able to come within hours during a heat wave and spent hours in the hot attic until the AC was working. He was wonderful and we will definitely call again if we need a repair.

I chose Twin Mechanical to do a full heat pump installation (heat/AC) including a mini split on the main level of my home and ductwork upstairs to my bedrooms. From our initial phone call Andre was very thorough, even explaining the rebates you can get from energizeCT(having electric heat) He worked with me to customize a plan that worked best for my home. The quote he gave me was extremely fair and they were able to start work shortly after. Their work was fast and efficient. I would highly recommend!

Highly recommend! Our AC stopped working during a heat wave, while my husband was away for work and I had a small child at home, so I was STRESSED about getting it fixed quickly. IYKYK. He went out of his way to make room for us in his schedule and had us up and running in no time.
