Shady, neatly managed, neighborly community of older homes with a variety of people that remain on the quiet side for the most part. Small amount of music, visitors, squabbles, and once in a while law enforcement. Law enforcement is prompt and responsible in handling matters of their responsibility though.
Twin Meadows is the worst community by far in the Burton area. I would at all cost avoid moving into the Twin Meadows or Delta community. Bruce Stein is a money hungry slumlord! And his mamagement isnt much better, Yolanda is rude and could care less about the community she "manages" if u can call what she does "management"! Each year your lot rent will increase and the quality of living drops. The water supply (which u pay for in a "sewer" bill) contains toxic levels of Aresnic and should not be consumed, Stein has been tol... read more

The park has very poor managmnet. they only care about them selfs, they dont care if thw hole park was out of water or pipes was frozen. This park has really gone down hill, i think the ownder of the park should stop by and check it out one day and maybe think about hiring a new set of managers to run the community. The speed bumps are Awful they tear the under belly of my car out. then to top it all off my pipes from the the park manager tell you to put hot water on the crock, she have money to pay for all my pipes.
