The trash is constantly overflowing. I have posted photos. The owner refuses to pay to have the dumpster emptied regularly, resulting in piles of trash on the property. This causes rodent issues, bug issues, etc. It smells constantly. The owner and Theresa refuse to make severely necessary repairs in which the health department had to get involved. Many residents here believe living this way is acceptable because it is better than being homeless.

Kitchen ceiling leaking and falling through all over the place. Toilet is rotted and severely sinking into the floor. I have reported this to the Health Department, and Theresa Gribbin still refuses to fix anything. She blocked me to avoid my calls and requests to fix these issues. She refuses to return my security deposit so I can move, and the rent is paid until the end of May 2023. They accept cash only payments so they do not have to claim the money or pay taxes. Hello Net world 😊 I have to say that the review from M Daniel is not a correct assessment of Twin Maples the management team is great I think their fair with mostly everyone and have addressed all of my concerns in fair way if you have bugs you brought them with you because I dont !
