I too have had a very bad experience after being a customer for over 3 years at this particular location which is at four points. They denied me purchase because of "policy" by twin liquors. I had shop there multiple times in one day. But the new guy didn't want to sell to me cuz he saw me in the store earlier that day. I will not return to that location even though it's very close to where I live.
They way they handle sales if your not a business and just a walk in customer is incredibly disrespectful.
I’ve been a regular customer of this location for the past ten years, but I just had the most horrible customer experience with the snarky young silver hair dude working the cash register….and will never come back again! This location needs major customer service training!
Asked about a specific beer, told me they didn't have it even though their website said they did. Lady didn't even look, or gave an attempt.
Very disrespectful counter cashier. Very racist comment was made for having a foreign Id.
