All of the staff I have met are genuinely caring people who put the residents' comfort and happiness first.
I recently visited a friend at Twin Lakes Retirement and the home was very nice and cozy. Staff was very lovely and helpful. The food looks very good and rooms were clean and well maintained.
We really enjoyed both our tours of Twin Lakes retirement home. It is so bright and airy with friendly staff and residents. We went for a tour before bringing my mom for her own tour (and lunch) and Antoinette was fantastic with her. The front terrace is a safe and beautiful spot for seniors to get some fresh air and maybe play a board game. Thanks to Antoinette and the staff for their assistance with making mom feel comfortable with this transition.
We have had an amazing experience so far. The staff is so caring and friendly. Any questions or concerns have been addressed in a very timely manner. I would definitely recommend Twin Lake Villages Retirement Home for your loved ones. Their care and compassion has made the transition a little easier.
I did a tour of the facility and was very pleased with the cleanliness and facilities. Residents seem genuinely happy.
