Unfortunately our sweet pup broke her leg when we were visiting from out of town. Twin Lakes was able to work us in and give excellent care to Izzy. Everyone was super nice, kind and caring from the person that answered the phone, the receptionist, the assistant and Dr Roberts. They explained everything and made sure I knew costs of everything up front. They sent all info to our home vet to continue with her care. Would definitely recommend.
One of the receptionists has a bad attitude and talks to you like you’re stupid.
All of the staff were very friendly and super accommodating!
