We had a horrible experience with this clinic, we took our cat in to be Neutered and when we picked him up he was soaked in urine as was his brand new cat carrier. When I asked them about why the carrier was wet they told me it was beside the mop bucket!! Seriously........so who knows how long they had him in his carrier lying in his own urine :( Animal cruelty is how I describe this. I did contact them and of course they tried to tell me he must of peed after they put him in the carrier when they gave him to me. Anyo... read more
