There are so many policies and restrictions I don't know about that I need to educate on but I don't like the fact that when someone doesn't receive notifications from a text or call that people can just cancel a ride when it's already scheduled. Wish owners would understand that not everyone has a great phone. Like when I first received the call, I couldn't hear no one and then it's hard for me to return the ride. This service called to confirm a ride then did not show up for the ride at the scheduled time. When I called to ask why, they stated that they do not have a ride scheduled for that name, spoke over me, then hung up the phone while I was confirming the name of the ride recipient.
