This place give new hope in recovery I been there 30 days they treat me like family without them I can't stay sober they helo me find aftercare so I can continue with my treatment. The staff was terrific all of them care and be there for you from the tech to the ceo I want thk to Henry solace ally Emily kelly n all the staff Mrs James park I will come back there visit n try get job there after I stay sober for 1 year

My time at Twin Lakes was great. I can tell the staff cared for me and cared about the mission. However, trying to get my medical records has been a complete mess. I can't get a call back from the front office. They sent me blank copy of records, that had no notes or assessments from my time there. When I point out that my records were totally blank I was told it would "be looked into" and have sent 3 emails since with absolutely no response.
