My time at Twin Lakes was great. I can tell the staff cared for me and cared about the mission. However, trying to get my medical records has been a complete mess. I can't get a call back from the front office. They sent me blank copy of records, that had no notes or assessments from my time there. When I point out that my records were totally blank I was told it would "be looked into" and have sent 3 emails since with absolutely no response. I referred a peer to Brock and he handled everything. He made sure all the boxes were checked and really showed care for the situation and the individual. The peer called me afterwards and was extremely grateful and said she loved it there!

My experience at Twin Lakes was amazing Without Twin Lakes and Brock I don’t know where I would be today. The food was delicious and the staff was amazing.
