Worst place I’ve ever been too. They sent me to a psych ward because of a misunderstanding of communication between me and another client. I had a real bad experience here
This place billed insurance and continued to bill for treatment never received for my family member. They are not a good place.
I called yesterday to get some information and Chris answered the phone. I didn’t feel rushed, I could tell he cared and I could tell he loved his job. After many phone calls with other companies in the past that made me dread calling any recovery center I just wanted to say I am truly thankful for Chris and this company is lucky to have him! Chris, I hope you see this and I hope anyone who gets the chance praises Chris on being amazing at his job!
Where do I even start? I was a client at Twin Lakes in Oct/Nov of 2022 and I can say with my whole heart that it saved my life. Not only did they give me the tools on how to maintain sobriety, but they also showed me community and connection. And now, a little over two years later, I am still sober and blessed with the opportunity to work at the same facility that helped save my life. The program showed me a new way of life and for that I will be forever grateful.
