OK, so Richmond American Homes can build a decent home. But if you are coming into this neighborhood while they are still building it out, you need to know how arrogant and awful the upper management is. RAH finished a neighborhood in Stephens City a few years ago. Everyone's warranty has run out, and we no longer see any RAH contractors in the hood. But for the last 3 months, RAH has been bringing in dumptrucks of unwanted dirt and dumping them on our common grounds. They do this without ANY communication with the homeowner... read more
