My husband, Jim Williams and I had a great buying experience with Twin Lakes in 2022. But the service since then has plummeted. We recently had a problem with our motor and took it there for service. It was on their lot for almost 3 full weeks and they never touched it. We made many phone calls and even dropped by to ask about progress. No one EVER called us back to give us any update at all. Well worth the 2.5 hour drive I took to purchase a new Phoenix 721 ZXL bass boat. The boat was properly priced, as I had been shopping around for a particular 721 ZXL at multiple dealerships. I was given a very good interest rate when another dealership was telling me that if I was to buy a boat from them that my interest rate would be much higher under the exact same terms.
