Ken is an awesome person. He listens to detail and will make sure you are happy at the end of the day. This isn't about the money for him... its about making the customer happy and making sure they have everything they dream of.

"Wish I could give a zero star. Paid the entire balance for a new home to Kenneth Freeman on the 9th of July. Completed the pad, electrical, and septic specific to that unit and 9 DAYS LATER I got a call from his boss letting me know that there was a "communication error" between he and Kenneth and my unit was sold to another family. All he could do to help was to sell me a similar unit for SIX THOUSAND dollars more. I guess their reputation isn't worth 6k. I'd steer clear if I was you.
