They give you an issue if you want to pay cash and show that you can in advance in addition to buying a trailer home, I think I dodged a bullet with this place. They claim they need an offer but yet you don't get to send offers unless you're approved to live in their park. It looked like a dump once you drive through the park. They play games with people that they are going to deny anyways and that isn't right.
There is so meany rules and it is stupid kids can’t play basketball anymore or 4 square or go out side with a adult it is stupid can’t be out past 8:00 just stupid
