I've had a great experience with Twin Lakes Family Medicine. Everyone in the office is welcoming, helpful, and makes the whole visit run smoothly. Dr. Patel takes the time to really listen, answer questions, and make sure you never feel rushed. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and wants them to feel comfortable. The nurse and front desk staff are always friendly and kind, which makes every visit a positive experience. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone looking for a primary care physician.

I am writing to document a concerning experience a family member had during a recent visit to this clinic. The primary issues involved communication, professionalism, and patient engagement. Throughout the encounter, communication was consistently rushed and lacked clarity.
