CAUTION BEWARE!! Chris Sumner owner of Twin Lakes Electric will NOT give the customer a written contract. He deals with verbal agreements and does NOT do what he promises. My home generator was installed 2 months later than promised. Mr Sumner had guaranteed me that he would submit paperwork to the manufacturer for me to receive the $750/ extended warranty to be sent directly to me.
