Bought a whole house generator. Chris came out we decided what size generator would accommodate our property, and locate the best possible location for it based on access to propane and where to install transfer switch. Crew came out set generator and connected it to propane. Came back a few days later to install electrical connection to my existing electrical system . CAUTION BEWARE!! Chris Sumner owner of Twin Lakes Electric will NOT give the customer a written contract. He deals with verbal agreements and does NOT do what he promises. My home generator was installed 2 months later than promised. Mr Sumner had guaranteed me that he would submit paperwork to the manufacturer for me to receive the $750/ extended warranty to be sent directly to me.
