I have severe dental anxiety. They were very comforting, told me what was happening every step of the way and didn't judge a bit that I was having a small melt down. ❤️
I don't like dentist. let's start there. This is the FIRST TIME EVER in 33 years I've felt comfortable at a dentist, granted they did a full mouth exam. So basically, x-rays and just checking my teeth. I have to go back but I am happy I found twin lakes dental. I have no complaints. Just wish prices were cheaper but that is not anyone's issue but mine lol.
The office staff is friendly and cheery. The dental staff is professional and informed. They were helpful with my questions and concerns. It was a seamless transition to a new dentist following Dr Swain's retirement. The facility is clean and welcoming.
Appointment was prompt and quick, out in 30 minutes
