Communication is terrible. Took me weeks to get started because they don't listen to the voice-mail they receive. Calling the office, you never get a person on the line. No matter what, they would only call me when I was at work. They billed my insurance for services I was not receiving. They billed me as having hour+ sessions when I had the standard 45-50 minutes.
