Zach Tripp and Kennedy Moorman were amazing when buying my home!!!
Our sprinkler system wasn’t working properly. Zach Tripp, the Superintendent for DR Horton, arrived promptly and was able to quickly diagnose the issue. He was very knowledgeable and explained the issue clearly. Not only did he have someone come out to repair immediately, he also took the time to walk us through the system’s programming hub and gave us some great advice. We REALLY appreciated the extra time he took to check all valves and explain everything in detail. Thank you, Zach, for the exceptional service!
We purchased a home about a month ago in twin lakes. Kennedy Moorman was patient, relatable, and honest with us. We didn’t feel pressured at all and walked away feeling excited about buying a home here. Since we’ve moved in, he even stopped by and had a quick chat when he saw me working in my garage. We’ve had some minor issues with the house and Zach has been extremely helpful getting stuff fixed quickly. Overall it’s been a great experience.

Recently purchased my first home through Dr.Horton’s realtor Kennedy. The home buying was smooth and he was on the money when showing us everything they had available. He even came out at night to demonstrate the home. I would recommend buying again from Kennedy.
