I have been a patient here for three years and I cannot recommend this place. The clinic is consistently disorganized, lacking any functional records or billing department. They have repeatedly overbilled me, charging for in-person visits when I was seen via telehealth, and have no explanation for why long-term patients below the poverty line are suddenly denied financial assistance. I see Jennifer Fadel at the leitchfield office. She is very patient and caring, which was great as I was very hesitant about it at first. She is the best! Jennifer and Nathaniel, both has saved my life. ❤️
Highly recommend Princess @ leitchfield office!!!! She was so wonderful with my child and the Doctors in the med office are top notch!!! I give 100 stars! They are all wonderful people.
I WAS MESSAGED FROM A THROWAWAY NUMBER BEING ASKED INAPPROPRIATE QUESTIONS HAVING TO DO WITH WHAT I DISCUSSED IN A THERAPY SESSION A FEW DAYS PRIOR, WORDS WERE EXACT TO WHAT I TALKED ABOUT IN SESSION, I WAS TERRIFIED AND WHEN I TALKED ABOUT IT NO ONE TRIED TO LOOK INTO IT
I was supposed to have an appointment on today Saturday Oct 25th 2025 at 8:30am I got to the building ALL OF IT IS CLOSED I checked my texts turns out its over call online but they NEVER gave me a number to call so I'm missing an app they claim that CAN NOT BE RESCHEDULED and if it is it will be a LONG TIME before my next appointment It is now 9am and I still have yet to have a single text or call or anything to even attempt to be contacted by my doctor
