We called and stopped at two other places, nearer us that supposedly rent Uhaul trucks. Twin Lakes is about 40-50 miles from our house and was at their business that has Uhaul trucks available to rent. Mr. and Mrs. were both there and available to take our rental reservation after thoroughly explaining everything. Thank you to these wonderful people. We were tired of getting no answer on phones and finding no one at places of business near us.
I have been to Twin Lakes two times now and needed help. Both time Aaron and Elizebeth have gone out of there way to help me. Aaron dropped what he was doing loaned me his floor jack helped me solve my problem and sent me on my way. Elizabeth answered the phone walked me thru what may be causing my issue said she will check the schedule, no need to bring in my vehicle I was able to get it fixed and made it home. It is businesses like this that are rare in today’s world. What great people and a fantastic business!
