Super happy with Twin Lakes. My apartment is really spacious and quiet. Everyone I’ve met has been friendly. Love that my dog gets to live here too. Being able to walk to downtown Robbinsdale is a huge bonus for me. New management is responsible and kind.
Big thing for me was value and this place checks that box. You get a lot of space for what you pay compared to the other spots I looked at. Management is responsive and take good care of the complex. The whole move in process was quick and painless. No complaints and no problem recommending

They manage their communities thoughtfully, quickly addressing any issues and keeping residents’ needs a top priority. It’s clear they take pride in running well-maintained, locally owned properties, and their commitment shows in everything they do.
I was looking for a place fairly close to Minneapolis for awhile that was safe, very well kept up, and managed very well. When I met with them, I could tell they were super professional and would be very responsive to all of my questions and needs. They have not failed to deliver on what I initially thought. The experience I have had thus far has been nothing short of exceptional and I would highly recommend living here if you want honest, kind, and helpful people managing the property.
I am not one to leave reviews but I honestly love it here. Coming from a house and still have plenty of storage for all my stuff. Maintenance is Awesome. Clean, quiet and a good deal. New owners really made this place feel like home
