We’ve had the pleasure of working with the team at Twin Lakes Apartments, and they truly stand out for their professionalism and attentiveness. They manage their communities thoughtfully, quickly addressing any issues and keeping residents’ needs a top priority. It’s clear they take pride in running well-maintained, locally owned properties, and their commitment shows in everything they do.
I was looking for a place fairly close to Minneapolis for awhile that was safe, very well kept up, and managed very well. When I met with them, I could tell they were super professional and would be very responsive to all of my questions and needs. They have not failed to deliver on what I initially thought. The experience I have had thus far has been nothing short of exceptional and I would highly recommend living here if you want honest, kind, and helpful people managing the property.
I am not one to leave reviews but I honestly love it here. Coming from a house and still have plenty of storage for all my stuff. Maintenance is Awesome. Clean, quiet and a good deal. New owners really made this place feel like home
Lived in Robbinsdale my whole life and can say that Twin Lakes is by far the best apartment here. Wish I moved here sooner. Very spacious, friendly neighbors, and well maintained. I ain't moving anytime soon.
I've been at Twin Lakes a few years now and it’s honestly been really good. The building’s quiet and clean and I barely hear the neighbors. The new owners already fixed up a bunch of stuff too — the lobby looks way nicer, carpets in the halls got cleaned, lights are brighter and it's safe and secure now. Maintenance actually comes when you put in a request. Feels like home here, best place I’ve lived so far.
