We have two rescue dogs who are afraid of everything. It’s been a challenge to try and get their nails trimmed, but it’s been three months and we had to get it done. The vet at Twin Lakes was super. Patient kept giving us new options. We were in there three times trying to get it done. I am so happy to say that on Thursday we were able to get both of them done. thanks to the vet sitting on the floor, taking our time holding their paw, talking to them. I cannot praise her enough.
Really appreciated the way our polydactyl cat was treated. He can be a handful and the vet had much compassion and knowledge. Going to bring all my cats here.
All I can say is how wonderful this place is, you can easily see the staff truly cares about the wellbeing of your animal- quality of care is top notch. So glad we made the decision to establish our pup Baloo here
