Not for watch repairs whatsoever. I really try not to post negative reviews, especially about a small business, but I could not stay silent and let someone else make the same mistake I made. While this is an excellent jewelry store, it is not a place you should send any watches for repair. The ladies at the front are extremely kind and helpful, however their watchmaker is not professional it seems. I brought in a simple Swatch that needed a new crystal. A fine experience - They went out of their way to please me - I had my white gold necklace fixed - fairly priced. I will end up buying another necklace from this shop.
My wife was just there and asked the lady at the counter to kindly wear a mask: "Would you mind wearing a mask?", response: "Actually, I do... But I am going to wear one for you". What kind of arrogance is this ? You should know better. You can do what you want on your own time but when serving customers show some respect!
Great selection great staff. Maryann understood my crazy wife and we left with a 5kt tennis bracelet. We will be back!
