Took my brand new 2025 Ford Maverick to this dealership because of a water leak on the passenger side. They kept the vehicle for 3 days, assured me that they were able to find several leak, fixed all of them. Tested it for 2 hours, cleaned the carpets and what not. Because of the moisture and odour. Guess what happened, I picked up my vehicle; the carpets were having the same dust, salt stains and other normal debris, MEANING: they did not clean it at all.
