I would rate zero stars if I could! Rudest most nastiest people I have ever encountered at Twin Harbor. Been coming here for years, and when arriving I asked a question about inspection and the cranky old man that pumps gas got all pissed off I was asking him. I apologized but he kept berating me about how he thought I needed gas and I was bothering him. Do not go here if you want to feel bad for trying to give them business.
This auto repair shop is the BEST! Pat and his team are knowledgeable, professional, skilled and friendly. Normally, bringing one’s car to the auto shop conjures up feelings of dread and anxiety. However, this has never happened here! They make you feel like they are happy to help and they also give you a great price. Could not recommend them more!
I just moved out to Bayville two months ago and needed to get my car inspected. I was lucky enough to get Pat ‘s number and went there eight in the morning really nice guy. Seen a couple of minutes after eight!!! Everyone there was very accommodating. I was talking to two people that came in right after I did and they said we’ve been coming here for many many years. I did not get any service done here on my car but I was out on a motorcycle ride with a group of buddies and ended up getting a flat tire. I’m not sure of the mechanics name but whoever it was at the shop I’d love to give a shout out to. I assume it was Pat judging by the other comments. He helped me plug my tire and fill it back up so I could get back home and saved me a tow.
