The first time we booked here we had to wait 30 minutes after the appointment time before my son was even in the chair - no big deal. I understand things happen. We decided to give them another chance and I booked an appointment for 10:00 this morning earlier in the week by phone with the owner. My husband took my son and upon his arrival there was no one in the shop. I called the owner and asked if the appointment was still on and was told we needed to push it back two hours.
