I called looking for a specific brand name item. I was told it was in stock and had it put aside for me. I drove 45min each way. Once I got there and asked for the item, I was presented with an aftermarket item. When I asked the counter person I spoke to on the phone if I asked for the brand name item, he confirmed I had asked for it but he “figured” this was cheaper and the item I wanted was not in stock. I was not happy with the level of service and deception.
Twin Equipment is great to deal with. They support their finished products long after they are out of warranty. Highly recommended. Thank you Francois
