$4000 worth of bbq grills, and customer service worse than a flea market. I wish I could use the swear words that they deserve but Google’s policies will not let this review out then. You’re better off going to other bbq grill manufacturers. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! You will not only pay a high price from your pocket but also from your peace.
I got a lemon. It flames up with nothing cooking. The store said it was fine. Don’t waste your money
This company has horrible service and does not listen to the customer. I had an issue with my grill from a defect that prevented front panel coming off yet they didn’t care. Would never buy a Delta Heat again. The bbq works well but the after warranty experience is a deal killer for future purchases. Update: Customer service reached out to offer further help, but it doesn’t resolve the underlying issue and feel as though more attention to better resolution/solution should have been offered.
I be have a Delta Heat built in grill and am really disappointed. It’s three years old and I always cover it up. I’ve already spent $150 replacing the starter and the light control. Now the starter doesn’t work again and I’ll have to order the little lighter switches. My Weber lasted 8 years with no issues. AND there’s nobody to service these in the south of Boston area. Very disappointed.
So pissed at Delta Heat BBQ! I spent over 3k for what was supposed to be this great bbq for my new backyard. I’ve emailed and called Delta Heat BBQ and never heard back! This is the biggest POS I’ve ever spent money on. I had webers only 2 in my life as I’m not a kid, and anytime there was ANY issue they made good on it. This garbage the doors seized and the grill barely gets hot, and yes it’s been cleaned and taken apart so there is no reason this should be happening.
