Horrific! There is a new owner, he has only had the mine I think 5 years. He charged us 380$ for a pocket dig…. Said we had to pay half down to pay for the excavator and fuel to dig the pocket. We did. Only to find out his excavator had been broken down for several months and does not have the money to fix it. He put us on a trail dig that should have cost 25$a person. Arrived from Maryland at 9:30am (listing said open at 9am) to find a locked gate with a phone number to call but no reception. Ended up going somewhere else instead- don’t waste your time.
