If I could give 0 I would. They were VERY RUDE to me when I was there. They had my left front tire off during inspection. I didn’t drive much the next three weeks due to illness and bad weather. I then had a medical appointment in Blacksburg—on the way back, in rush hour traffic on I-81 that wheel vibrated loose and flew off my car!! I have used them for years till recently.i will never go back not even for free tire rotation. They put a new starter on my 95 Nissan that didn't help the problem.they said they would work with me on it but never did. Bought a set of new wheels and tires and wheels started peeling in a couple months that had a year warranty . I could have contacted the company myself but they said they would call.
