I came here a few years ago during COVID, and was struck with a phrase the pediatrician told me. "We won't treat anyone who doesn't do vaccines." That is a big signal that they are insentivized by HMOs that buy and sell vaccines. They get paid more if they can keep most of their patients vaccinated. My pediatrician will realize that I, as a parent, an in charge of my child's health, and that if I don't vaccinate my child, it is an informed decision my husband and I have made. They can threaten someone else.

Scheduled a new patient appointment, was then contacted and told the appointment was cancelled because they need full medical records before seeing my daughter. I fill out the required paperwork to request the medical records, and then turn them in the same day. I called three different times to see if they had the medical records, and they told me they haven't received them yet. Fast-forward 3 weeks and I call again to see if they've received them. Scheduled my children an appointment to establish care, was told that was possible. This appointment was scheduled weeks ago. They call me the day before the appointment saying they will not see they without medical records. All of this information should have been relayed when the appointment was made. I don’t have time to waste! Communication is terrible.
