Everyone was awesome. The entire office was smiling polite and helpful. I look forward to Teresa being my PCP.
Happy with this place, all the nurses are personable. The front desk is helpful and I am happy with my Dr.
I went to get blood work done and I was setting in the lobby waiting mind you this is my first time going there and that woman steps outside her little door and proceeds to make me say what I’m there for out loud then laughs about it as well as this man looking at her and said blood work for *** (what I was there for) then she proceeded to refuse to do it after laughing at me. I was so embarrassed so I just left I will not be going back there again.
I’ve been visiting Twin County Family Care Center for almost 10 years, and I honestly couldn't be happier with the care I've received. Everyone, from the front desk staff to the nurses and medical team are professional and genuinely caring. Trish is amazing! She always takes the time to listen, explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand, and makes me feel truly valued and respected. After all these years, I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality healthcare.
Recently switched from Carilion to Twin County; It is the best decision I could have made. They listen and are very helpful. So glad I can count on them as my primary care physician. Teresa Ray is great!
