Two words …FUCKING BRUTAL!!! They not only ripped me ( charged double the quote !!)off but caused further damage on my Park model… Do not use these LOSERS. By the way I had used them for the past 25 years and soo sad they have turned into such a poor example of a company …. Thanks Twin country…. YOU ARE Terrible!!!
My parents tried to use this company, booked an appointment, even though they were rude, my parents drove 2 hours down to their trailer and the company “no showed” for the appointment. So disappointing.
Val was very rude on the phone and acutely swore to me on 2 different occasions. I will never use this outfit again!! Was quoted only.5 hours to replace part but changed 1.5 hours .
