Mike had excellent suggestions for how to update our windows from single pane+storms to casement, And new storm doors with the hidden roll down screens. and a very low pressure sales pitch. Attached is a pic of the back of our house, for privacy reasons. The Lindsay pinnacle windows are great, and the hardware feels much more solid than a similar Crestline window we had installed in an egress window from a different company.

Mike stopped by and knew immediately what was wrong. Worked to fix things with me and gave me a primer on the mechanics of the window. Very nice to work with. Will be using him when we look into new windows for other areas of the house.
