Twin City Transmissions put a new transmission in my Suburban a couple of years ago. Recently the transmission started acting up again even though it was out of warranty. They went ahead and replaced it for me anyway. I had to bring it back one more time and I just got it back today. It turns out it was not a transmission issue at all. It was a cylinder misfire. They either swapped or rebuilt trans in my GMC Z71. Drove it 70miles home and it went out. Had it hauled back to them and it was a computer reprogram. They stood tall on warranty even reimbursed me for wrecker. Very nice polite honest people. Met and talked with owner.

Let me tell you these people are the best. On yesterday while in Ruston, my truck stopped pulling on my way to Hot Springs, AR. My truck was towed to TCT and problem was explained. They pulled my truck in and repaired it within 2 hours. This is the SHOUT, they would not receive any payment from me. God really used TCT to bless me on yesterday. They have overhauled 2 different trucks for me and I just brought back a leaking pan, probably due to running over stump, and they fixed it and refilled with fluids and didn't charge me a thing. They stand behind there work!!!
