The owners of this establishment are amazing! I am not a customer but my friend Mike is. Mike was stuck in Walmart parking lot for quite a while because the clutch went out in his jeep and he did not have the necessary resources to have it repaired. Twin City Transmission Service of Ruston and Dixie Towing teamed up and came up with everything necessary to get his jeep up and running again so he could go visit his son's grave site. May God bless these wonderful, kindhearted followers of Christ Jesus!
Highly recommend for a transmission rebuild! From the phone call to in person the customer service was excellent. Turn around was quick, and the warranty is better than everyone else I called! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟!
Twin City Transmissions put a new transmission in my Suburban a couple of years ago. Recently the transmission started acting up again even though it was out of warranty. They went ahead and replaced it for me anyway. I had to bring it back one more time and I just got it back today. It turns out it was not a transmission issue at all. It was a cylinder misfire. They either swapped or rebuilt trans in my GMC Z71. Drove it 70miles home and it went out. Had it hauled back to them and it was a computer reprogram. They stood tall on warranty even reimbursed me for wrecker. Very nice polite honest people. Met and talked with owner.
This shop went above and beyond for both my shop and my customer. From one transmission shop to another, THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH!
