Wow is the starter for my experience, dealership is trash and the owner doesn’t seem to care. Showed up to see a new 4Runner that was filthy and damaged (not disclosed). Decided to buy the vehicle (dumb ideas), sat for hours and delivery paperwork was eventually done incorrectly. Tons of calls to the dealer including several to the owner and I was finally able to get everything fixed by their used car manger (only competent person in the process) and did the dmv work myself. 3 week process to buy a car, 1/10 don’t recommend.
