They sold me the wrong battery for my ZT HD 52" and when it was damaged while in use on my mower...they refuse to even discuss a replacement...I will never be back...BUYER BEWARE
This is a very sorry company! I bought a Gravely HD 48 from them and I noticed a problem but Jeff will not repair even though it's under warranty. The Gravely manufacturer even says that they can see that the unit is not completely level for the deck but are not able to get a good enough view of the machine to determine what is the cause without physically seeing the unit. Those are quotes in an email from the manufacturer to me after I emailed them pictures of the problem. I tried to rate with zero stars but I couldn't. One... read more
