I went for service and ended up with battery replacement. Thank goodness they caught it because I drive to Houston hospitals a lot lately. My service advisor Kassidy was so nice and attentive and explained everything so well. I witnessed her helping an elderly lady when her car was ready and she was so cordial and polite to her. I love to see people helping others. Will always take my car there for service and whatever my needs are
