Have used service department several times before for basic maintenance and minor repairs with no issues, but currently dealing with a nightmare. Took my car in to them in late July to replace a part that was on back order. Waited about a month with no word from then and finally called myself and was told that my car was ready. Was able to get a ride, drive 30 miles away to them in a vehicle with no AC in the heat of August, only to show up and be told that my car was not ready and sent on my way.
