3rd year having them do my snow removal and I am still very satisfied. Haven’t had much snow this year but we have been able to utilize other services to replace the snow removals that are not being used.
Very professional company, I signed up for a full season of snow removal this year and of course we haven't had any snow so no services have been used but the guys have stayed in contact with me and actually have done a junk haul service for me since I haven't been able to use the snow removal service. And also let me know that any services I don't use this season will roll over for next season or I can use them on lawn care this summer. I am very happy with the service thus far and would recommend 10/10 times
Signed up with them last year for snow removal. They didn't clear edge to edge, just pushed snow to side. Got a message that they would be a day late due to road conditions but they didn't show, had to bug them the next day to get them here. A corner of the drive was left untouched and the pile from the snowplow was left at the end of the drive. Decided to cancel their service and request part of my unused prepaid money. We have already spoken with the courts and provided payment in money order that was sent out in 3 different mails you left them at your post office intentionally we provided our proof with the courts and at this point you are defaming our company they gave you judgement because of our agreement we submitted everything we did with your property but now we will take this slander to court
Great service by great people. They were extremely kind and understanding of our wishes, and our yard looks really good now. They did exactly what we had in our vision on the sod, mulch and rocks, we they even planted perennials in our mulch pots that really makes them pop. Ive been enjoying the new look yard this summer thanks to twin cities mow and snow. This area was a real nightmare before they repaired it! Recommended 10/10 and will continue to use this company in the future
Greatly appreciated they helped my wife and I during a rough. Moment and we will always remember this. Thank you guys
