The clinic itself might be perfectly fine as long as you don't count on Dr. Mcrae to follow-up on anything she recommends, or call your specialist when she wants to change their recommendations and/or prescriptions. She fails to send refill info to the pharmacy in a timely manner and somehow always seems to forget that her office, or Dr Ray who she took over for, originally prescribed it in the first place. I have been going since my Doctor, Dr. McRea moved down there even happier now then when she was in Swainsboro.
Patient portal is terrible. Never works!
Terrible Terrible communication skills two times in a row sent to the wrong pharmacy like it’s my fault when it’s wrote correctly to the pharmacy it’s supposed to go to. They never return messages so don’t bother leaving one. I have done everything correctly on my end but yet still they do not take no accountability when are in the wrong. No wonder all these Doctors leave and move somewhere else because they can’t communicate correctly with anyone that’s including the pharmacy. Don’t go here unless you never want to get your medications refilled on time, any communication from the office or any specialty meds to help you when you are in between specialists. MD can fly to Paris to get his meds but those of us that aren’t able to do that are at his mercy are left to suffer.
