This is an overall good place for jewelry. Decent selections and decently priced. If you choose to have a service done by them I recommend giving them more time than expected.
I would never go here again. Horrible service my piece was to be finished on a specific date the “ jeweler called out sick. My item wasn’t even started . Mind you their prices to do a simple jump ring swap was off the chart. The store attendant threw my piece at me when I went to pick it up. Said we don’t do business with “ you” a white American female . Upon entering the young jeweler kept increasing the price the longer I was in there. Typical of them.
