my service tech today was Billy. He is knowledgeable and did an awesome job. I felt very comfortable with what he shared with me about things that i need to look at moving forward. great experience !!
Billie came to service my hot tub and was very knowledgeable and friendly. Took time to explain everything and his attention to detail was incredible.
Excellent customer service! Billy was extremely helpful correcting the issue and providing excellent advice and information on site so I better understand what I can be doing proactively to avoid any future issues. I have had Billy come out to do maintenance on our Jacuzzi Hot Tub two times now. He has done incredible work and is extremely reliable. Setting up the appointments has been quite easy. He has shown up on time, gone out of his way to explain things, and checked in before and after to see if we needed anything else. I am so impressed with this company and Billy as a great employee. I can’t say enough. Great customer service.
