Billy from TC jacuzzi was out to fix our hot tub & he was great!! Hot tub is running great and as good as new!
Billy was great while here hooking up our Smartub units for our J19-DT. He was very helpful and gave a lot of tips on the spa and working to balance out our spa chemicals. Highly recommend.
We just had the pleasure of meeting Billy, the technician from Twin City Jacuzzi . He was super knowledgeable with our swimspa and went above and beyond to answer all our questions. He made sure we understood the best ways to maintain our spa and showed us how everything worked with lots of extra tips. . Great customer service…thank you so much!!!
Billy from TC Jacuzzi did a great job in finding and fixing the problem with my hot tub ! He also gave me some tips in getting the water chemistry correct !
Bryce is so attentive and patient. Not just a sale and done. Checks in regularly and asks for test strips. Great guy !!!
