I bought a jacuzzi j345 in March of 2020. I've had a few issues with warranty, standard, for a tub that's outside. Twin City Jacuzzi has handled the issues that I was having with the finish in the tub and a leak that popped up in the piping. Thank you.
Great sales experience, Tom was knowledgeable, supportive and always available. Really nice showroom with many on display to see. Had a minor service issue on our first start up day and service came out on a Saturday in less than an hour!! Very impressive customer experience!
TC Jacuzzi exceeds all my expectations. Bryce in sales was knowledgeable and extremely helpful in my decision making process of choosing the right swim spa for my personal use. While I have had little need for service, Amber who is in charge of service scheduling is not only accommodating but bubbly pleasant to talk to.
