Great customer service and a very helpful app for managing repairs. On the positive side, the staff was very friendly and I loved their new app, it makes approving or declining repairs super easy. However, I’m giving 4 stars because of some lack of attention. I went in for an oil change and declined the engine air filter service as I planned to use it more and change it myself later. Went in for an oil change. I asked for the estimated time wait, was told 1 hour and 15min and was out within that time frame. Super friendly staff, everyone was amazing. Will be coming back! (:
