Terrible service and zero communication. If negative stars were an option, that is exactly what this place would get. They accepted my vehicle and kept it for two days without even trying to identify the problem. Diagnosing the issue is step one—fixing it comes later. Don't overbook your garage and accept appointments if your technicians can't handle the workload. If you cannot look at a car within a reasonable timeframe, be honest and don't take the vehicle. Total waste of time.
Great customer service and a very helpful app for managing repairs. On the positive side, the staff was very friendly and I loved their new app, it makes approving or declining repairs super easy. However, I’m giving 4 stars because of some lack of attention. I went in for an oil change and declined the engine air filter service as I planned to use it more and change it myself later. Went in for an oil change. I asked for the estimated time wait, was told 1 hour and 15min and was out within that time frame. Super friendly staff, everyone was amazing. Will be coming back! (:
