We had a wonderful experience with Twin Cities Fireplace. Sam for helping us choose the right fireplaces, Matt and cohort for all the hard work they did installing our upstairs insert and doing most of the prep work for the downstairs gas stove and for Chris and Tristan for a great job installing the downstairs stove when it came in. They were all professional, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable.
Chris and Tristan did great work on our gas fireplace install. They were very efficient, friendly and informative throughout the project and showed flexibility in dealing with some unexpected challenges related to the previous owner's DIY attempts.
Twin Cities Fireplace did a fantastic job. From the salesperson, Sam to the installers Chris & Tristan. All were very professional and courteous.

Chris and Tristan did a fantastic job converting my huge old stone fireplace to gas. It was a difficult job but they made it seem like business as usual! I am so happy with my beautiful gas fireplace!
