We purchase 2 units a few years ago, the last few winters both units have stopped igniting and we’ve had to call for service technicians to come out and clean, we will get a few weeks of operation before they stop igniting again and we have to call (and pay in full) for another cleaning. Completely disappointed. They talk nicely before taking payment but vanish afterward. Very disappointed response.

The technician was careless and spilled soot all over my floor. It took me hours to clean up after them.

We were pleased with Mike's professionalism from the beginning to the end of this project. He listened to and designed what we wanted from the mantle, hearth, fireplace & stone. It is beautiful and has transformed the look of our living room. All of the contractors who came into our home were professional and masters in their craft. Thank you Twin Cities Fireplace!
