Our seven-year-old, often used, never serviced, gas fireplace quit lighting so I called Twin City Fireplace to schedule a repair. Learned I should have done yearly maintenance the last seven years. My bad! The technician came to fix the ignition problem, but found he couldn’t access the problem parts. Turns out the tile surround had been Installed with insufficient clearance. Great experience all around. Jon our service person was great at explaining everything and patient with all questions. Installation went perfectly. Very professional and nice to work with. Explained everything about how to work fireplace. Very happy with the results and Twin Cities Fireplace. Would definitely recommend them!

The installers from Twin City Fireplace were fabulous. They showed up on time, took time to explain the many settings on the remote and had lots of questions for me as they wanted to get my new fireplace insert installed just exactly the way I wanted it. I’m very pleased and would recommend them to anyone!!
