We contracted with Mr.Jeffrey (Jeff) Storhaug of Twin City Construction, LLC (Deadwood, SD) to replace our shingles, facia and possibly plywood giving him $10,000 down payment on a $28,000 quote. Jeff Storhaug a partner with Twin City Construction LLC of Deadwood South Dakota took a $23,305 deposit, 1/2 of the total cost, to tear off and shingle with Euroshield HP Vernont Slate, tear off existing siding and install house wrap and 4" Tru Cedar siding, wrap windows and three entryways, wrap three front pillars, replace 16 storm windows, install ridge vent and new fascia over gable ends. We talked to Twin City Construction in the morning and that afternoon he was out to assess our roof and give us our options. He told us exactly what he would do and when it would happen. His crew cleaned up our site and provided excellent work. I highly recommend Twin City Construction as a trustworthy company.
