Not the first time, so today called at 11:14am. Asked how long for a pick up, as commented before, absolutely no real answer. So today it’s 8:12pm and no call, when told I would get a call before pickup. Unfortunately not the first time I’ve been told that by her. Don't fall for the tourist trap, it's 8-10 dollars not the current listed 3-6 dollars they haven't updated their page, also don't expect them to be speedy or even timely really they are always late, person ahead of you or not they are late, and low quality. Imma be honest just get the blue bus
They absolutely refuse to give you a time estimate. Multiple times now I've been told there's 1 person in front of me, been refused a time estimate, and left waiting with my children for multiple hours. If I had any other sort of transport i would never use them again. If you have any other options I would recommend not using them either. I know several people who have waited for hours and never had them show up, even with multiple call backs to ask how long it would be.
The night driver is always late and making us pay extra for waiting to get picked up and when I told him no he didn’t like that and didn’t let us pay
