Sales department was typical car sales people and process. Service seems fairly well run with some of the technology they use compared to other dealers. However basic service like an oil change still very slow at 1.5 hours with an appointment.
Had first appointment at 8 am to hopefully keep things quick, oil change and tire rotation took 1 hour and 35 min. Unnacceptable wait for a simple service with an appointment.

I’ve tried for 2 hours to get someone from service on the phone. Gave up. Taking my 2 sierra AT4 HD diesel trucks to the Chevy dealer down the road
